  • Where are you located?

Consultations and pick ups are near the Atlanta area. An address will be provided once services are booked.

  • What is the turnaround time for a custom garment?

The normal turnaround time for custom requests is 3-4 weeks depending on the current demand during that time. If you are in need of a design sooner, please add a rush fee that fits the time frame of your design needs in the "Book The Look" section.   • How do I book a custom design?

Please text (470) 668-3335 for all custom inquiry approvals. Once the design is approved, Please visit the "Book The Look" section to book your consultation.

  • What are your starting prices for custom designs?

Currently, all Regular Custom designs start at $350 and increases depending on design. All Prom/Ball gown designs start at $850 and increases depending on design.

  • How do deposits work for custom designs

Payments are broken up into 2. All custom designs require a deposit of half the total price/ or the cost of material if more, in order to start the design process. The deposit is due during the consultation or no later than 1 week following the consultation. The design process will not start until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due at pick up or before shipping the item.

  • Do you offer a payment plan?
We currently offer Shop-pay, Klarna, & Afterpay (Pay in 4- installments) at check out to qualifying individuals.
  • Do you offer bridal designs/customs?

Yes! We offer Bridal & Bridal party custom design’s.

  • Do you offer children/menswear customs?

At the moment we do not offer children/menswear custom designs. However, we will have select ready to wear mens streetwear designs availible periodically.

  • I would like a 1 of 1/ ready to wear design but my size isn't available, what do I do?

If a design is on our site but isn't in your size, you can request a similar custom design made exclusively for you! Please text (470) 668-3335 for all custom inquiries. 

  • I live out of state, can I still get a custom design made?

Yes! We offer virtual consultations for all out of state clients and offer shipping.

  • Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is available for all ready to wear, 1 of 1, & Kira's closet items. Custom requests can be expressed shipped once completed, depending on what shipping/rush option you chose at check out. Please see shipping policy for more questions or email Info@miesha.co.

  • What is Kira's Closet?

Kira's closet gives customers the option to purchase unique lightly worn 1 of 1 designs that Kira has made for herself at a discounted price. All items will be properly disinfected and sanitized before shipping to ensure a quality customer experience.

  • What is a Ready To Wear (RTW) Design?

A ready to wear design is a design that is on hand/pre-made in a general size & ready to ship. Please see size chart and item description to ensure a perfect fit.

  • What is a 1 of 1 design?

A 1 of 1 design is a design that has no replicas & that is only available in one size or in one of each size. If we have a 1 of 1 design on the site that isn't your size, you can request a similar custom design exclusively for you.

  • Can I rush a custom design?

Rush orders are accepted based on the designers availability, and the time frame in which the garment is needed. Please text (470) 668-3335 before attempting to book a rush order. All rush orders require an additional fee, please see shipping policy to choose a rush fee option that best fits your needs. For all custom/rush order inquires please text the number above.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping to the US, & the UK. Additional fee’s may apply for UK Shipments.

  • Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn't fit?

Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We do offer returns in exchange for store credit for items that are unworn; damage free; with an intact Anti-wear ribbon still attached. Please see the return policy for more details.

  • Im in between sizes, what size should I get?

Please refer to our sizing chart and/or individual product descriptions for guidance prior to purchasing.

  • I made a mistake/there's something wrong with my order, who should I contact?

Please email Info@miesha.co for all order questions and concerns. DO NOT text/call our contact number regarding order mishaps/concerns. We will see your inquiry faster via email.

  • I want to collaborate with MIESHA, what's the best way to do so?
